We’ve all heard the common refrain “property is a good hedge against inflation”. Perhaps that explains Singaporeans’ obsession with property. Even during economically challenging times, Singaporeans continue to flock to property showrooms, and property prices continue to rise steadily, as we’ve seen in the last two years. It’s no wonder that investors often think about property when they are looking to invest their funds.
